Planning a trip to Egypt? Whether you dream of exploring the ancient pyramids, cruising down the Nile, or relaxing on beautiful beaches, the first step is getting your visa.
Luckily for Indians, the Egypt travel visa application process is extremely simple.
Type of visa:
Vietnam offers E-visa to foreigners. This electronic visa is beforehand unlike a visa- on-arrival that needs to be stamped on your passport once you arrive.
Application of E-visa:
- Start by visiting this link to start application
- Make an account on this link and confirm your account.
- Log into the portal.
- Start a new application
- Fill out the application form with personal details and passport details.
- Complete the application form.
- Pay the Egypt visa fees using a credit or debit card. The fees are 25 USD for single entry (approx. 2085 INR) and 60 USD for multiple entry (approx. 5005 INR)
- Wait for your visa to be approved, the processing time is about 7 working days.
- You will receive the visa on the registered email address.
Required Documents for Egypt Travel Visa:
- Passport with validity of at least 6 months after date of arrival.
- A completed application form
- Two passport sized photographs’
- A detailed itinerary for the trip including hotel bookings or letter of invitation from host.
- Return air tickets
- Scanned copy biography page of passport.
Validity of e-visa:
You can apply for the visa up to 3 months in advance and your duration of stay should be maximum of 30 days for a single-entry visa.
